Jimmy Franks, President

Jimmy FranksAward-winning custom homebuilder, Jimmy Franks, grew up in Williamson County just minutes south of Nashville, Tennessee. He began his career as a builder in 1981. During the past three decades, Jimmy has become one of the mid-South’s undisputed building leaders due to his hard work and attention to detail. His customers range from industry captains to celebrities. Jimmy is personally devoted to overseeing the progress of each home through its various stages. This kind of rare commitment from the top ensures that each of his world-class homes has only the highest level of excellence, comfort and beauty.


Chris Franks, Chief Project Manager

Chris FranksChris Franks continues to follow in his father, Jimmy Franks, footsteps as a fourth generation builder. Chris manages every aspect of the building process from designing floor plans to working with homeowners through the building process. He is on each jobsite daily ensuring every Tennessee Valley Home is built with the finest quality and to the highest value for each customer.


Kris Lape, Construction Manager

Kris works directly with every vendor and subcontractor to make sure your custom home is built just for you. With a degree in Construction Management, Kris is on the jobsite daily to ensure no detail is overlooked. Kris also works with each customer throughout the building process and before closing to orientate you on your new home.


Lorraine Cash, Office Manager

lcash-2Lorraine has been with Tennessee Valley Homes since its inception. She is Jimmy’s executive assitant, closing agent and manages the office. Lorraine loves to spend time with her family, and she is active in her church and loves to entertain. “My house is always full.”


McClain H. Franks, Sales and Marketing/ In-House Designer

House-3722_3_2A Middle Tennessee native, McClain is an expert in the new home building industry. After graduating from Battle Ground Academy, McClain pursued a degree in Interior Design. While finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree from O’More College of Design in Franklin, McClain received her real estate license. Over seven years ago, she began working with Tennessee Valley Home and Old South Construction to assist in designing, building, and selling custom homes. Today, McClain is the exclusive in-house designer and sales agent for both companies.


Trey Lewis, Sales and Marketing

TreyPhotoTrey Lewis, a specialist in new home sales, marketing, and construction is a native of Middle Tennessee attending John Overton High School and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  Prior to joining Battle Ground Realty in 2014, he was with Ole South Properties for fourteen years, initially as an on-site agent, and served as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing from 2008 – 2014.

He is the current Vice-President and Membership Chair of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) and Past-President of the HBAMT Sales and Marketing Council.  He has served on numerous community advisory boards to include the Tennessee Housing and Development Agency Realtor Advisory Board (2010-2013), and Advisory Board Chair of the Cane Ridge High School Academy of Architecture and Construction, where he remains an active board member.  Trey is also a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and is a Past-President of the Rotary Club of Spring Hill and Thompsons Station, Tennessee.

Trey is an accomplished musician, serving as organist for Peace Lutheran Church of Spring Hill, an avid boater, and Private Pilot.  He and his wife Beth have two daughters and one grandchild.


Bob Haemmerlein, Landscape Architect

BobBob oversees the landscape architecture for all of Tennessee Valley Homes. He also serves as project manager and coordinator for the various multi-layered projects that go into custom home building and development. He is married with one grandchild and spends all his spare time traveling the world.


Moore Russell, Landscape Architect

KMH  195705_2Moore is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned his degree in Landscape Architecture. Moore works closely with each local codes departments to assists in everything from initial land design, construction and landscape design.


Sylvia Mercer, Accounts Payable

Sylvia MercerSylvia handles all the subcontractors and monthly billing payables for Tennessee Valley Homes. She has been with Tennessee Valley Homes for four years. In her spare time she likes to garden. She is married with three children and two cats.
