Tennessee Valley Homes, a locally owned and operated company for over two decades, has earned a reputation of honesty and integrity through the years, and with that a name that conveys luxury, craftsmanship and quality. Jimmy Franks, a Williamson County native, started Tennessee Valley Homes in 1986 and founded it on the principles of hard work and attention to detail that was instilled in him by his father. Today his son, Chris Franks a fourth generation home builder, strives to uphold Tennessee Valley Homes’ tradition in building. Tennessee Valley Homes is currently building homes in Avalon, Tollgate Village, Sunset Park, King’s Chapel and The Woodlands of Copperstone, with Jennings Springs, Simmions Ridge and Iron Horse Park currently under development.
